Healthy eating, foods are essential for your children. Healthy food will help kids grow healthy and strong. It can also help prevent kids from becoming overweights. It can help to fight sickness. Healthy eating means that children have less chance of developing diseases like type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease and cancers.


After 12 Months, kids can eat that healthy food, made for other family members and kids should eat healthy foods everyday with family.

To stay healthy and maintain a healthy weight, kids need to be physically active and eat the right amount of nutrient every day.

Not, All the foods that kids are eating are healthy foods. Children should limit their intake of foods that contain high fats, added sugar and added salt. They can lead to tooth decay and weight gain and leave less room for the healthier foods in the body.


Children are hard to convince, in that case you can tell your kids that they can only have a small portion of the discretionary foods (lollies, chocolate etc.) as part of a balance diet. You should try to limit your kids on discretionary foods because the children can become overweight or developing diseases when they grow older.

  2. Make your meal time family time without ant screens
  3. Never use food rewards or punish/shout a child.
  4. Encourage to eat a healthy breakfast

  6. Try different recipes every weeks
  7. don’t keep junk food in the house
  8. keep bowl of fruits handy for a snack
  9. don’t let your kid to drink sweets drinks ( such as soft drinks, cordials).
  10. Take you kid to shopping and let them choose the fruits and healthy foods.
  11. Encourage kid to have a plenty of clean water every day.

According to the Better Health "Meal times with kids can be very stressful", especially after a day at work or a day caring for them. Lets me not talk about how hard is going to be at dinner time to get settled with kids in dinner table.

Anyway,

It is easy to prepare healthy foods for kids. Kids have very small stomach, they just need small meals and healthy snacks. Kids required 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day.

People start suffering with mental stress from very small and unnoticeable behaviour of individual's life. Pain is very stressful feeling. Pain can be managed or controlled by using different medication, physical therapies, mind-body techniques and counselling. Some simple and easy techniques can help you to managed your physical and mental pain. 






Steps to became a pain manager

1. Changing position frequently, don't sit or stay in one spot for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Normally to feel refresh or to have fun, we watch TV or movies sitting in a same spot for a long time. Staying in one spot for a long time make your muscles tired and can make your pain go worst. If you can't change position, take at least 2-5 minutes for a stretch. 

2. Get up and dressed every morning

Lying on bed for long time encourages bad sleeping habits and weakens your muscles, which can make you suffer from worst fool pain.

3. Take your Medication regularly  

Medication, as prescribed by doctor, taken daily and at regular time help you to controlled your pain from getting worst.

4. Participate in 20-30 minutes of relaxing activity every day

Relaxing activities such as yogas, taking a hot bath, playing with pets and relaxation music tapes help to keep sound mentality and physicality of an individuals. 

5. Pace your activities

8. Set yourself one achievable goal each day

Goal setting allows you to take charges of your life rather than letting the pain dominate you. For example writing a blog everyday, planing to go vacation every weekends, keep a note for all the good/ positive things you do each day. 

9. Eat healthy diet

Drinking Alcohol, smoking, eating tobacco are bad for your body, increase tiredness and excessive weight puts extra stain on painful joint's and may end up having cancer. Poor diet, and overuse of alcohol and drugs can affect your emotional state and make it more difficult to cope. 

10. Smile

It has been said that a smile releases endorphins from the brain. Endorphins have a morphine-like effect and are the body's natural pain medicine. Exercise also produces endorphins, with the same effect.

In it, a small number of healthy adults were instructed to avoid all alcohol for two weeks — a so-called washout period.
Then they went through three separate phases of 20 days each. In one, the subjects drank red wine, about a cup daily. In another, they drank the same amount of red wine daily, but this time with the alcohol removed. In the third, they drank up to 100 milliliters a day of gin each day.
In the end, the researchers found that both types of red wine produced improvements in the bacterial composition of the gut, lowered blood pressure and reduced levels of a protein associated with inflammation. Slight improvements in gut flora were seen among gin drinkers, but the effects in the wine drinkers were much more pronounced.

  • have had a previous complicated pregnancy.

Symptom of gestational diabetes
Gestational diabetes doesn't cause noticeable signs or symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they can include:
  • unusual thirst
  • excessive urination
  • tiredness
  • thrush (yeast infections).

Gout  or Uric Acid disease is a common sort of inflammatory disease. Pain typically happens within the toe joint, knee, ankle, elbow and alternative joints.   • 100 percent fruit juice
  • Coffee

Lunch

  • Lean meat, poultry or fish (2 to 3 ounces) sandwich on whole-wheat bread, with lettuce, tomato and low-fat spread
  • Carrot and celery sticks, side salad or vegetable soup
  • Fresh fruit, such as apple, orange or pear
  • Skim or low-fat milk

Dinner

  • Baked or roasted chicken (2 to 3 ounces)
  • Steamed vegetables
  • Baked potato with low-fat sour cream
  • Green salad with tomatoes and low-fat dressing
  • Fresh fruit, such as berries or melon
  • Nonalcoholic beverage, such as water or tea

Snacks can be added to this menu as long as you make healthy choices — such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and occasional nuts — and you are at a healthy weight or stay within your calorie limit.
