10 simple way of becoming a pain manager







People start suffering with mental stress from very small and unnoticeable behaviour of individual's life. Pain is very stressful feeling. Pain can be managed or controlled by using different medication, physical therapies, mind-body techniques and counselling. Some simple and easy techniques can help you to managed your physical and mental pain. 






Steps to became a pain manager

1. Changing position frequently, don't sit or stay in one spot for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Normally to feel refresh or to have fun, we watch TV or movies sitting in a same spot for a long time. Staying in one spot for a long time make your muscles tired and can make your pain go worst. If you can't change position, take at least 2-5 minutes for a stretch. 

2. Get up and dressed every morning

Lying on bed for long time encourages bad sleeping habits and weakens your muscles, which can make you suffer from worst fool pain.

3. Take your Medication regularly  

Medication, as prescribed by doctor, taken daily and at regular time help you to controlled your pain from getting worst.

4. Participate in 20-30 minutes of relaxing activity every day

Relaxing activities such as yogas, taking a hot bath, playing with pets and relaxation music tapes help to keep sound mentality and physicality of an individuals. 

5. Pace your activities

Do a little bit of housework, exercise and enjoyable activity each day and build up gradually. By starting it slowly and pacing an activity, the body becomes gradually used to that activity.  It is much better than doing something all at once and suffering for a days after. 

6. Do some form of exercise on daily basis

Exercises are good for muscles and joints, and may actually reduce pain as it can also reduces muscle tension. Muscles need exercise to stimulate blood flow, which gives them oxygen. Tight muscles can actually increase pain, so relax the muscles and feel the tension slider away.  

7. Try to reduced worries and negative thought

Think about what you can do-not what you can't. Look for positive aspects in each situation. The way you think, positively or negatively decides if you get successful or unsuccessful results respectively.

8. Set yourself one achievable goal each day

Goal setting allows you to take charges of your life rather than letting the pain dominate you. For example writing a blog everyday, planing to go vacation every weekends, keep a note for all the good/ positive things you do each day. 

9. Eat healthy diet

Drinking Alcohol, smoking, eating tobacco are bad for your body, increase tiredness and excessive weight puts extra stain on painful joint's and may end up having cancer. Poor diet, and overuse of alcohol and drugs can affect your emotional state and make it more difficult to cope. 

10. Smile

It has been said that a smile releases endorphins from the brain. Endorphins have a morphine-like effect and are the body's natural pain medicine. Exercise also produces endorphins, with the same effect.

what are the symptoms and prevention for lyme disease in humans?


Lyme disease is the bacterial infection that is transmitted by ticks.  The most common sign of infection is an expanding area of redness that begins at the site of a tick bite about a week after it has occurred.The rash is typically neither itchy nor painful.

What are the symptoms of Lyme disease?


The early symptoms may include fever, headache and feeling tired. If untreated, symptoms may include loss of the ability to move one or both sides of the face, joint pains, severe headaches with neck stiffness, or heart palpitations, among others. About 10 to 20% of people develop joint pains, memory problems, and feel tired for at least six months. The occurrence of red and painless rashes within 3-32 days after biting by ticks in the contacted area. 

When lyme disease not cured or treated for a long time, the disease can involve cognitive impairment, brain fog, migraines, balance issues, weakness in the legs, awkward gait, facial paralysis, bladder problems, and back pain. In rare cases, untreated Lyme disease may cause frank psychosis(a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions are so impaired that contact is lost with external reality). Panic attacks and anxiety can occur; also, the delusional behaviour may be seen, sometimes accompanied derealisation syndrome, where the patients begin to feel detached from themselves or reality.


How Lyme disease transmitted in human?

Lyme Disease is transmitted to human by the bite of infected ticks. The disease does not appear to be transmissible between people, by other animals, or through food.

What’s the best way to prevent a tick bite?

To prevent the tick bites such as by wearing long pants tucked into socks, full sleeved t-shirts, light-coloured clothes so that ticks can easily be visible before they attached themselves.
People who work in areas with woods, bushes, leaf litter, and tall grass are at risk of becoming infected with Lyme at work. So dresses should be worn carefully, and the clothes of those employers should be washed in hot water which kills the ticks if present in clothes

  • DEET is effective insects repellant and used as prevention of ticks too
  • The uses of pesticides to reduce tick numbers 
  • Killing the ticks first and removal of ticks within 36 hours of attachment can reduce transmission rate

Why Pesticides reduce the number of ticks?

Pesticides are the only toxic substances used for destroying insects or other organisms harmful to cultivated plants or to animals. This includes substances that kill weeds (herbicides), insects (insecticides), fungus (fungicides), rodents (rodenticides), and others. The use of pesticides can help to reduced the ticks. 




What are treatments / cure for Lyme disease?

The only treatment for Lyme Disease is the use of antibiotics such as amoxicillin and tetracycline, usually for 10-21 days.
Other medicines that may include cefuroxime or doxycycline
If you're treated early in the infection stage, you can be recovered fully.

How to make curly hair permanently straight with kitchen ingredients?




People who are blessed with locked and rough hair try different chemical methods to make their hair straight shiny and silky. But that results in some harmful effects after certain time like hair loss, allergy on hair hair scalps , dry hair and broken hair.
Straight and shiny hair suit every type of face. So to prevent chemical damage, i have brought cheaper and homie method for naturally straight hair for you all.



Ingredients required to make curly hair permanently straight:

1. 1 cup coconut milk: 

                                   It contains proteins which nourishes your hair with cool sensation when applied to scalp. Massage your hair for 1-2 minutes with coconut milka nd leave it for 20 minutes then wash hair with shampoo and conditioner regularly. This stimulates hair growth and restore dry, damaged , weakened brittle as well as split end hair. Apply 50 ml of coconut milk added to 100 ml of water and few tablespoons of camphor in hair and also bald area with massage and leave it for couple of hour. Wash your hair with warm water. Cover your hair with  and let your hair dry itself. do not rub your hair with towel. this helps in reduction of baldness.

2.  Lemon juice(1 lemon):

                                         If you want to exfoliate your skin and get rid of dead cells, then lemon is best natural remedy for this. Lemon juice helps to straighten your hair. The mixture of 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 cup coconut oil is applied on hair and after fifteen minutes rinse your hair with cold and comb with wide toothed-comb. Shampoo your hair as required. This process every week provides you with desired sleekness of your hair. Lemon juice helps to remove dandruff, treat oily and itchy scalp. It helps in growth of hair (thick and long), treats splits end of hair, provides shine to hair, treatment of lice and hair loss, thickens hair and conditions hair.

3.  2 Tablespoon olive oil:

                                        Although olive oils are mostly used in aour kitchen, they are much more beneficial to our hair . Olive oil moisturizes your hair and makes its more softer and manageable. Olive oil also treats split end hairs.

4.  3 Tablespoon corns tarch: 

                                              Use of corn starch makes hair elastic or bouncy and silky. It conditions your hair. It protects your hair against heat and colour fade. 

Process: 

1. mix the cornstarch gradually with lemon juice, resulting mixture with no lumps
2. mix coconut milk with olive oil and mixture of lemon juice and corn starch too
3. stir the mixture continuously in low heat until you have a creamy consistency 
4. apply the mixture on your hair and cover your hair with a hair cap and a hot towel 
5. leave it for 1-2 hours and then wash your hair with conditioner 


You can repeat this process every week to get desired style of hair.
