Healthy eating, foods are essential for your children. Healthy food will help kids grow healthy and strong. It can also help prevent kids from becoming overweights. It can help to fight sickness. Healthy eating means that children have less chance of developing diseases like type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease and cancers.
After 12 Months, kids can eat that healthy food, made for other family members and kids should eat healthy foods everyday with family.

To stay healthy and maintain a healthy weight, kids need to be physically active and eat the right amount of nutrient every day.List of some Everyday Food for Kids Include:

- Plenty of vegetables such as beans, lentils, celery, broccoli and cucumbers etc
- Dairy Products such as milk, yoghurt and cheese, which have most reduced fat for kids over 2 years.

Some foods to limit for kids
Not, All the foods that kids are eating are healthy foods. Children should limit their intake of foods that contain high fats, added sugar and added salt. They can lead to tooth decay and weight gain and leave less room for the healthier foods in the body.Children are hard to convince, in that case you can tell your kids that they can only have a small portion of the discretionary foods (lollies, chocolate etc.) as part of a balance diet. You should try to limit your kids on discretionary foods because the children can become overweight or developing diseases when they grow older.
You need to encourage children to drink water more than 1L a day.

- don’t let your kid to drink sweets drinks ( such as soft drinks, cordials).
- Take you kid to shopping and let them choose the fruits and healthy foods.

According to the Better Health "Meal times with kids can be very stressful", especially after a day at work or a day caring for them. Lets me not talk about how hard is going to be at dinner time to get settled with kids in dinner table.
Anyway,
It is easy to prepare healthy foods for kids. Kids have very small stomach, they just need small meals and healthy snacks. Kids required 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day.
